Sponsors and Exhibitors

The Ontario Ecological Restoration Conference brings together people working across the restoration community in Ontario, including practitioners, students, researchers, community groups, Indigenous and municipal partners, NGOs, agencies, consultants, growers, land stewards, and restoration businesses.

We invite restoration-related businesses, organizations, agencies, and community groups to participate as sponsors or exhibitors at the 2026 conference.

The conference will take place October 16–17, 2026 at the University of Waterloo.

Why participate?

OERC is designed as a practical, relationship-building conference for people working directly in ecological restoration, conservation, stewardship, monitoring, native plants, land management, and biodiversity recovery.

Sponsors and exhibitors will have the opportunity to:

  • Connect with restoration practitioners, students, researchers, NGOs, municipalities, agencies, consultants, and community groups.
  • Share services, tools, programs, employment opportunities, restoration materials, plants, seeds, monitoring approaches, and project examples.
  • Support a growing provincial conference focused on ecological restoration in Ontario.
  • Help build stronger connections across the restoration community.

The 2026 conference builds on the inaugural 2025 Trent Ecological Restoration Conference, which brought together more than 40 speakers and 200 attendees.

Who should exhibit?

We welcome participation from groups whose work supports ecological restoration and related fields, including:

  • Ecological restoration companies and consultants
  • Native plant nurseries and seed suppliers
  • Conservation authorities and environmental NGOs
  • Indigenous-led stewardship and restoration initiatives
  • Municipal, provincial, and federal agencies
  • Academic programs, research labs, and student groups
  • Monitoring, mapping, field equipment, and data providers
  • Professional associations and certification bodies
  • Community stewardship, watershed, and land-care groups

If your work supports restoration practice, biodiversity, land stewardship, ecological monitoring, native plants, or conservation action in Ontario, we would be happy to hear from you.
